Separation is one of life's most challenging transitions, especially for children. At Pathfinder Integrated Family Services, we believe that even when parents part ways, they can work together to build a healthy, stable, and loving future for their kids.

Our goal is to help you create a sustainable co-parenting plan that minimizes conflict and avoids a costly and stressful court battle. This process is not about winning or losing; it's about restructuring your family so everyone — especially your children — can thrive. Our experienced social workers act as neutral, compassionate facilitators.

Our process

  • Comprehensive Interviews: Both parents together and separately; children in a safe, age-appropriate, low-pressure way; and, with consent, other key support people such as grandparents.
  • Needs Assessment: The unique needs, strengths, and challenges of your family as you move into two homes.
  • Child-Centered Recommendations: Parenting time schedules, holiday arrangements, communication guidelines, and decision-making processes — designed for consistency and security.
