We collect only what we need to provide services and get them paid for, we keep it secure, and you can ask to see or correct your information.
Clinical notes written by your practitioner are visible only to that practitioner. Administrative staff can see scheduling, eligibility, and billing details so your sessions can be arranged and funded — never your clinical notes.
